On the afternoon of March 25th, Kozhevnikov Sergey, President of the Russian Institute for the Development of Vocational Education, Dolgikh Olga, Chief Expert on Cooperation with China, and Rudenok Mariia, Director of the Management Department, accompanied by Yang Guangjun, Deputy Division Director of the Division of International Cooperation and Exchanges of CVED, MOE, P. R. China, and Assistant Researcher Chen Yanfeng, visited Jinan Vocational College. Zhang Yong, Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department of Jinan Education Bureau, and Yin Yuanhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of Jinan Vocational College, met with guests in the multifunctional hall of Shangqin Building and had a discussion. The meeting was chaired by Yin Yuanhua.

Yang Guangjun expressed his gratitude for the warm reception at Jinan Vocational College. He pointed out that the Vocational Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education and the Russian Vocational Education Development Research Institute are actively building platforms to promote the internationalization of vocational education on both sides, and to facilitate interaction and communication between vocational colleges and industry enterprises. The purpose of this visit by the Russian side is to gain a deeper understanding of the educational model and effectiveness of Chinese vocational colleges, further promote exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Russian vocational colleges, promote the coordinated development of vocational education between the two countries, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating international vocational talents.

Zhang Yong welcomed the delegation and reviewed the long-term friendly exchanges and vocational education cooperation achievements between Jinan and Russia. He pointed out that Jinan City focuses on building a national vocational education innovation and development highland in conjunction with other provinces, and has constructed a modern vocational education system with Jinan characteristics, providing "Jinan reference" for the reform and innovative development of vocational education in the province and across the country. In the future, Jinan City will continue to deepen international cooperation in vocational education and jointly explore new spaces for educational exchanges between China and Russia.

Kozevnikov Sergei Mikhailovich expresses sincere greetings to the teachers and students of our school. He stated that the exchange and cooperation between the vocational education systems of China and Russia are crucial, and he hopes that both sides' universities can establish friendly cooperative relations, leverage their respective advantages, enhance each other's professional capabilities in the field of vocational education, achieve knowledge and experience exchange and sharing, and further promote the deepening of vocational education cooperation between the two sides.

Yin Yuanhua introduced the basic situation of the overseas construction of "Ban Mo Academy" by the college under the theme of "Promoting the Construction of 'Ban Mo Academy' and Supporting International Production Capacity Cooperation". She stated that the college will continue to deepen international cooperation, enhance the international competitiveness of the "Banmo College", and inject strong momentum into promoting the internationalization of vocational education and international production capacity cooperation. The delegation's visit this time will open up more entry points for cooperation between the two countries in various fields of vocational education, and it is hoped that both sides can carry out wide-ranging and in-depth exchanges and cooperation.

Subsequently, both sides conducted further discussions on the construction of the "Banmo College" and other aspects, and unanimously expressed their intention to explore cooperation areas and jointly promote the development of vocational education.

Before the meeting, Sergei Mikhailovich and his delegation, accompanied by Yin Yuanhua, visited the training workshop of the Sino German Technical Department, the Engineering Training Center of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department, and the Department of Automotive Engineering for on-site inspections. They highly praised the achievements and effectiveness of the college in education and teaching, as well as the integration of industry and education. They expressed that they benefited a lot from this visit and truly felt the development speed and quality of vocational education in China.
